Elijah suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy – a fatal disease – which took the life of his younger brother. Yet he maintains a positive outlook on his future, despite the odds.

He launched a non-profit organization – Destroy Duchenne at age 15 in an endeavor to find a cure via gene-editing technology. He is a public speaker and has a passion for business.
